Trade live markets risk-free. No broker, no credentials, no real money.

Lune Paper gives you a simulated account that trades on live market prices. You pick a starting balance, and Lune fills your orders against real-time quotes. There is no external broker to link and nothing to sign in to.

What you need#

Nothing. Lune Paper needs no broker account, no API key, and no credentials. You create a paper account inside Lune in a few seconds.

Note

Lune Paper is ideal for testing automations and copy groups before you go live. Point an alert or a copy group at a paper account and watch it run with no money at risk.

Create a Lune Paper account#

1
Open Connections

In Lune, open Connections and choose Lune Paper.

2
Set a starting balance

Enter any starting balance you want. This is the simulated cash the account begins with.

3
Name it (optional)

Add a label so you can tell your paper accounts apart. Lune uses "Paper Account" if you leave it blank.

4
Create

Select Create Paper Account. Your simulated account is ready to trade at once.

How it works#

  • Orders fill at live market prices, so your fills reflect real conditions, not a replayed feed.
  • No real money is ever involved. Nothing you do on a paper account touches a broker or your funds.
  • You can edit the balance anytime, or reset it to your starting balance in one click.
  • Create as many paper accounts as you like, each with its own balance.
Tip

A paper account behaves like any other account in Lune. You can trade it from the Cockpit, drive it with Auto Trader, and include it in a Trade Copier group.
