The Cockpit
Your live workspace for positions, orders, and manual trading across every account.
The Cockpit is your live trading workspace. It shows your account balances, open positions with real-time profit and loss, recent orders, and recent trades, all in one place. You also place manual orders from here.
What the Cockpit shows#
The Cockpit is built from a few widgets that update as your accounts trade:
Account SummaryBalances and statsOptionalYour total balance and connected accounts, plus today's realized P&L and today's win rate.
Active PositionsOpen positionsOptionalEvery open position across your connected accounts, with unrealized P&L that updates every second.
Recent OrdersOrder lifecycleOptionalOrders as they move through submitted, filled, cancelled, and rejected.
Recent TradesTrade historyOptionalTrades that recently opened or closed.
Order PanelManual order entryOptionalPlace a market, limit, or stop order on an account or a group. See Manual trading.
Live P&L on open positions#
The Active Positions table shows unrealized P&L for each open position, and it refreshes about once a second from live market prices. You do not reload the page. When a fill happens on your broker, the position and its P&L update on their own.
Positions push to the Cockpit from Lune's cloud, not from your browser. Open the Cockpit on your phone and your laptop at the same time, and both stay in sync.
See all your accounts at once#
The Cockpit is a multi-account view. Toggle accounts on and off to focus on the ones you care about, or watch them all together. Give each account an alias and a color on the Connections page to tell them apart at a glance.
The Cockpit is global#
The Cockpit shows all of your trading activity, no matter where it came from. Manual orders, Auto Trader fills, and Trade Copier fills all appear here together.
The other pages are scoped to their own system. The Auto Trader page shows only automation activity, and the Trade Copier page shows only copied activity. When you want the full picture, use the Cockpit.
Order rate limit#
Lune limits order submissions to 10 orders in any 10-second window, per user. This guards against accidental rapid-fire clicks and runaway loops. Go over it and the extra orders return an error until the window clears.
The limit is per user, across every account and every order source. Normal manual and automated trading stays well under it.
