Find your invoices and receipts
Get your Lune invoices and payment receipts from your dashboard and your email.
Need a receipt for a payment or an invoice for records? Lune gives you two places to find them: your email and your billing settings.
Receipts by email#
Lune emails a receipt after each successful payment. The receipt shows the amount, the date, and what you paid for. Search your inbox for messages from Lune billing.
Keep these emails. They are the fastest record of every charge, and you can forward one straight to your accountant.
Invoices in your dashboard#
Your billing history lives in your account. Where you download it depends on how you pay.
If you pay by card (Stripe)#
In Lune, go to Settings, then Billing.
Open the Stripe billing portal from your Billing page. It signs you in for your account.
In the portal, open your invoice history. Each invoice has a hosted view and a PDF you can download.
If you pay with PayPal#
PayPal keeps the record of each payment. Sign in to PayPal and open your Activity. Find each Lune payment to view or print its receipt.
A card payment produces a Stripe invoice. A PayPal payment produces a PayPal receipt. You use whichever matches how you paid.
Can't find a charge?#
If a payment is missing or the amount looks wrong, check your Billing page for the current status first. If it still looks off, contact support with the date and amount so we can look it up.
