Start the free trial#
The trial runs for 7 days and is for first-time subscribers on eligible products. You start it during checkout.
The trial needs a verified email. If yours is not verified, Lune shows a Resend button at checkout. Open the email and confirm.
Add an eligible product to your cart. If the trial applies, a trial option appears in the purchase modal.
Select the trial option, then complete checkout. You get full access for 7 days.
The trial is for first-time subscribers only. If you already subscribed before, checkout shows the standard plan instead of a trial.
What happens when the trial ends#
Before the trial ends, Lune emails you a reminder. When the 7 days finish, your subscription starts and your first charge runs, unless you cancel first.
Cancel your subscription#
Cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not remove access right away.
In Lune, go to Settings, then Billing.
Select the cancel action for your subscription and confirm.
When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that date, access ends and no further charge runs.
Reactivate#
Changed your mind before the period ends? Reactivate to keep your subscription going.
Go to Settings, then Billing.
Select Reactivate. Your subscription continues and billing resumes on your normal renewal date.
Cancelling and reactivating affect a real subscription. If your access period lapses fully, your indicator and strategy access is revoked. Reactivate before the end date to avoid a gap.
