Refunds and proration
How proration works when you change a plan, and how to ask about a refund.
Lune prorates plan changes automatically. Refunds are handled case by case, so the fastest path is to contact the team.
How proration works#
When you change your plan mid-cycle, Lune prorates the difference. Add a module or move up a tier and you pay the prorated amount for the rest of the cycle. Remove a module or move down and the change applies right away. You do not pay twice for the same time.

Asking about a refund#
If you think a charge is wrong or you want to ask about a refund, contact the team with your account email and the charge in question. Give the date and amount so the team can find it quickly.
