Cancel or change your plan
Change or cancel from the in-app flow, then the billing portal. You can reactivate a scheduled cancellation any time before it ends.
You start any plan change or cancellation inside Lune, then finish in the billing portal. Nothing is final until you confirm there.
Change your plan#
To add or drop a module, move connection tiers, or switch monthly to yearly, use Adjust plan in Settings, then Billing. See manage your plan for the full steps.
A downgrade shows a confirmation before it runs, because you lose access to the features you remove. Read it so you know what turns off.
Cancel your plan#
Open Settings, then Billing, and start the cancellation. Lune asks for a reason so the team can improve. If your reason is about cost, Lune may suggest switching to yearly or downgrading instead.
Lune sends you to the billing portal to complete the cancellation.
Reactivate a scheduled cancellation#
When a cancellation is scheduled, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. The Billing tab shows the end date and a Keep My Plan button. Choose it any time before the end date to remove the cancellation and keep your access.
