Lune Automated Strategies

Overview#

Lune Automated Strategies are a suite of trading algorithms for the TradingView platform. Each strategy uses quantitative methods and adaptive models that respond to changing market conditions. They are built for traders who want deep customization and full automation, with tools to build, test, and run trading systems.

Each strategy is backtested and forward-tested on historical and out-of-sample data. The algorithms use statistical logic and do not repaint signals. Every strategy includes configurable signal engines, trade exits, and an alert system for automated execution when paired with Lune Auto Trader.

The strategies#

Lune Automated Strategies includes six algorithms. Each uses a different quantitative approach for different market conditions.

Key features#

• Adaptive algorithms: Each strategy uses machine learning models that adjust their internal logic as market conditions shift.
• Backtested and forward-tested: All strategies are tested on historical and out-of-sample data.
• No-repainting signals: Signals confirm only on closed price bars, based on statistical conditions. Entry and exit signals are final and do not change from chart recalculations.
• Risk management: Set Take Profit, Stop Loss, and multi-level Trailing Stops using methods like percentage and ATR.
• Trade exit models: Manage trades with exit models that adapt to market structure and volatility.
• Market compatibility: Run the strategies across major markets on TradingView, including stocks, crypto, futures, forex, and indices.
• Time and session filters: Set specific hours, sessions (New York, London, Tokyo), or days of the week to allow or block trades. Use this to avoid low-liquidity periods or to meet prop firm rules.
• Configurable settings: Each strategy offers dozens of settings, from signal sensitivity and thresholds to the colors and layout of the dashboard. Tailor each algorithm to your trading style and risk tolerance.
