Does Lune hold the Rithmic connection, or do I?

Lune holds it. Your Rithmic session runs from our cloud infrastructure with automatic reconnection, retries, and failover. You do not need a local client or VPS.

Can I copy from Rithmic to Tradovate or NinjaTrader?

Yes. Cross-broker copying is built in. A Rithmic leader can have Tradovate, NinjaTrader, or ProjectX followers in the same group.

Does it work with Apex and Take Profit Trader?

Yes. Both are Rithmic-backed firms, and Trade Copier treats them like any other Rithmic accounts. You can copy across Apex and TPT accounts in the same group.

Do I need a VPS or desktop software?

No. Lune is 100% cloud-based. There is nothing to install and no VPS to maintain. Lune holds the connection to your broker for you.

What execution speed should I expect?

Up to 5-10ms on websocket routes. Actual speed varies by broker, connection type, and current market conditions.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All Lune subscriptions are month to month unless you choose annual. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New subscribers can start a 7-day free trial at checkout. Your card is only charged after the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from billing settings.
