I can't log in or verify my email

When you cannot sign in or confirm your email, a verification, password, or security check is usually the cause. This guide fixes each.

Markdown

You cannot sign in or the app will not confirm your email. The cause is usually an unverified email, a forgotten password, a two-factor step, or the security check. Work through the checks below.

Note

Lune sends verification and reset links by email. Check your spam folder if a message does not arrive within a few minutes.

1
Verify your email

After you sign up, Lune emails you a verification link. You must click it before you can use your account. Open the email and click the link. If it expired, request a new one from the sign-in page.

2
Reset your password

If your password does not work, use the reset link on the sign-in page. Lune emails you a link to set a new password. Open it, set a new password, then sign in again.

3
Enter your two-factor code

If you turned on two-factor security, enter the current code from your authenticator app. Codes change often, so use the latest one. If you lost access to your app, contact support to recover your account.

4
Pass the security check

The sign-in page runs a Turnstile security check to block bots. If it fails, refresh the page and try again. Turn off any browser extension that blocks scripts, since one can stop the check from loading.

5
Try a clean browser session

An old cookie or a cached page can block sign-in. Open a private window or clear your browser cache, then sign in again.

Still stuck?#

If you still cannot sign in after these steps, reach out. Join the Lune Discord or contact support, and include the email on your account and the exact message you see.
