Trade Copier is not mirroring trades
When a follower account does not copy the leader, the setup or connection is usually the cause. This checklist finds it fast.
Your leader account places a trade, but a follower does not copy it. In most cases the group is inactive, one account is disconnected, or the follower rejected the order. Work through the checks below in order.
Trade Copier fans out a leader fill to each follower only when the group is active and both accounts are connected and enabled.
Open your copy group. Check that the leader account is the one placing trades and each follower is listed. A trade from an account that is not the leader will not fan out.
Open each broker connection. The leader and every follower must be connected and enabled. If a follower is disconnected, reconnect the broker and confirm the account is enabled.
A paused copy group stops all mirroring. Check the group status and set it to active. A plan or billing change can also pause a group, so confirm your access is current.
A follower can reject a copied order when a broker rule blocks it, such as a risk limit or a margin shortfall. A follower that keeps failing may be quarantined to protect it. Review the follower's recent orders, clear the block, then re-enable the follower.
The follower must be able to trade the instrument the leader used. A contract that is unavailable on the follower's broker will not copy. Confirm the follower supports the same market.

If the group is active, both accounts are connected, and the follower is not quarantined but trades still do not copy, reach out. Join the Lune Discord or contact support, and include the leader account, the follower account, and the time of the trade that failed to mirror.
