How many connections and accounts my plan allows
Your plan sets the number of connections you get, and each connection can hold several accounts.
Your plan controls two limits: how many connections you can add, and how many accounts each connection can hold. They work together.
Connections versus accounts#
A connection is a link to one broker platform, like Tradovate or ProjectX. A single connection can hold several trading accounts. For example, one Tradovate login might expose a live account and a few funded accounts, and they all come in under one connection.
So your total account capacity is your connection count multiplied by the accounts allowed per connection.
Where to see your limits#
Connection and account limits depend on your connection tier. For the current numbers on each tier, see the pricing page.
To change your tier, use Adjust plan in Settings, then Billing. See manage your plan.
If you hit a limit, you can move up a connection tier for more headroom. The change applies right away, with proration.
