Change or downgrade your plan
Add or remove products, change your connection tier, and understand how proration works.
Your plan is the set of products and the connection tier on your one active subscription. Add a product, remove one, or change your tier from your billing settings, and Lune adjusts the charge for you.
Where to change your plan#
In Lune, open Settings, then Billing. Your current plan and its products show here. Use the plan action to open the purchase flow, where you pick what your subscription includes.
You have one active subscription. Everything you subscribe to bills together on that subscription, so a plan change updates the single total, not several separate charges.
Add or remove products#
The purchase flow shows your full cart. What you leave in the cart becomes your complete plan. Anything you remove is dropped from the plan.
From Billing, open the plan or purchase flow.
Add products you want. Remove products you no longer need. The cart is your whole plan, not just the change.
Check the updated total and the products list before you confirm.
Confirm the change. Lune updates your subscription and your product access right away.
The cart is the full set of products you want to keep. If you remove a product from the cart and confirm, that product is dropped from your plan. Double-check the products list before you confirm.
Change your connection tier#
Your connection tier is part of your plan. Raise it when you connect more broker accounts, or lower it if you need fewer. Change it in the same plan flow, then confirm.
How proration works#
When you change mid-cycle, Lune prorates the charge. You are billed for the new plan for the rest of the current period, with credit for what you already paid. Your renewal date stays the same.
On PayPal, one cart cannot mix monthly and yearly products. Keep every product on the same billing cycle. To switch cycles, update the whole plan to one cycle.
Removing a product revokes its access. If you drop an indicator or strategy product, its TradingView scripts are removed from your account. Add it back to restore access. Plan changes move real money, so review the total first.
After a plan change#
Product access updates to match your new plan. If a script does not appear or disappear as expected, reconcile your access. See Update your TradingView username.
